She is a student of Master in Maths honours and works with Feminist Approach to Technology’s (FAT), a non-profit organisation working with young women to build leadership and gender equal environment in the space of STEM and technology. 

Rupali Currently, she is a Program staff in the Young Women Leadership Program in feminist approach to technology. In 2017 ,she was a computer trainer.

She has used new-media tools - films, radio shows and photo stories, with songs, slogans, drama and community action to influence community members to think about life issues from the girls’ perspective.
