Lalita is working with Feminist Approach To Technology (FAT) in Girls In STEM program ,  She working with Adolescent girls to increase their interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)  fields so that they can pursue their career in these fields and break the stereotype that girls can’t learn and pursue STEM fields.
